Northiam and Broad Oak Surgeries

First time in 10 years I've been to the GP, never needed it before. Met Dr Norris who was kind, patient, empathetic and took his time. He put me at ease straight away. The dispensary staff were smiling and kind when I needed to collect the prescription. Overall 10/10. Great work and keep it up.

Any appointment with a GP is bound to be stressful. But the GP was very calm and supportive, gave me a clear diagnosis and talked me through the treatment. I felt relaxed enough to ask questions and was comforted by the answers. The receptionist was very helpful and put me at my ease. So the whole experience was greatly improved. I can’t praise Northiam surgery enough. We are very lucky to be patients here.
